VCSPA will not respond calls or texts for cancellations or reschedules appointments on same day. No voicemails accepted. Due to Privacy and Confidentiality reasons, VCSPA does not ask for cancellation reasons.
Any communication to cancel an appointment has to be 24 hours in advance to be accepted by the owner. Please TEXT the SPA at 302.229.2277 and wait until a response is received. Don’t assume is cancel just because you sent a text.
Important Policies. Please READ, READ, READ!!!
1. We respectfully ask you to be on time. A *10 minutes* grace period will be given in case of traffic. Friday's appointment are the most impacted due to traffic. Plan to depart 20 to 30 minutes before your estimated time. If you arrive too early before your appointment time, please wait patiently.
If you are late: —> After the 10 minutes grace period, you need to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit, or the owner has the right to shortened treatment at full price. Prices are subject to change.
2. Please read the contraindications for Colonics. Your menstrual cycle is not listed as contraindication for colonics.
3. “No Show” to appointment= will lost $75 deposit or one session of your Colonic Club membership if applicable. No exemptions.
4. If you want a change in your appointment after the 24 hours reminder, a new appointment with new $75 deposit is required.
5. Please be sure of your appointment date and time. If you cancel your appointment and ask for deposit refund, be aware that I use a third-party payment processing company, and $5 charge fee will be deducted from your refund. Rescheduling the appointment on time will avoid the fee.
If we scheduled your appointment manually during your appointment, you will NOT receive an electronic email reminder. Is your responsibility to add it to your agenda, mobile calendar, or email scheduler. Policy is applicable to electronic reminders and manually made appointments.
*We only allow 2 appointments to be rescheduled. After that, your deposit is canceled and not reimbursed.
6. Monday’s appointments are final and CANNOT be rescheduled. Don’t call or text Sunday or Monday.
7. If you are sensitive or have allergies to essential oils or fragrances, please use a mask or reconsider before booking an appointment. We have soaps, lotions, candles, and essential oils as part of our practice. We are not allowed to open windows or turn off A/C or heater. Temperature control is essential to our products and equipment.
8. Maximum weight at the session table is 375 lbs. We apologize for the inconvenience. If your weight exceeds the maximum limit, we are not able to accommodate you for a colonic session, so please Do Not book an appointment. Please note: **** You will lost your deposit after checking weight on scale. We apologize for the inconvenience but your safety is priority.
9. To prevent credit card fraud and identity theft, we ask for your photo License ID for file. **No photo ID = No service and lost deposit.
10. Based on the relaxing atmosphere required for Colonics, children and client’s guest are NOT allowed.
11. SPA is located on second floor. The facility is not handicapped accessible at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
12. We do not accept minors (younger than 18 years old) for Colonics.
13. Your appointment covers one full table settings. If for any reason a new set up of the table is required, a $15 will be added to your balance.
